If we love others, we naturally feel compassion for them.” - Introduction to Buddhism, Geshe Kelsang Gyatso

Everyone wants to be happy, but do we feel capable, or even deserving, of love and the bliss of enlightenment? By connecting with our potential for inner peace, we will see for ourself that when we are living from a pure place, other good qualities naturally arise and flow from our hearts.

In these classes, Fariba will introduce the basic meditations on gratitude, love, and compassion, leading us gradually to a supremely confident wish to realize our spiritual potential fully, so that we can really benefit others in more profound ways.
