“If you have only effort you have all attainments, but if you have only laziness you have nothing.” - Buddha, quoted in How to Transform Your Life

We all want to be happy all the time, and we never want to suffer. Unfortunately, we experience a lot of unnecessary unhappiness and mental disturbance. We need to understand more clearly how to create happiness, not suffering.

In these classes, Johanna will explain simple practices for creating real happiness, guiding us in meditation and indicating how to train in daily life.
