In our pursuit of happiness, we have changed so many things in our life. Although we sometimes find some temporary relief, our lives are often filled with frustration, busyness, and lack of satisfaction. We usually overlook the most powerful and effective way to transform our life: transforming our mind. By learning to do this in meditation and in daily life, we can definitely find a much deeper peace and joy than we have ever experienced before.

In these classes, Johanna will introduce the basic teachings and meditations to increase our inner peace and remove negative states of mind. Class format includes a guided breathing meditation, brief prayer, teaching, and guided meditation on the teaching. Start at the beginning of the series if you can, but if you miss the beginning then start when you are able.
