Open Hours
Unstructured time for quiet meditation and one-on-one discussions
Fridays, 1-3pm
Come visit us during our open hours to see our center and the meditation room during the quiet hours. These are unstructured hours.
You will have access to our meditation room if you wish to take some time out of your day to meditate. Enjoy some time re-centering yourself and connecting with your inner peace before getting back to your daily routine. This is a great way to develop a personal meditation practice and apply the techniques you've learned in our classes.
