Meditation classes for everyone with our Resident Teacher, Gen Norbu
Time & Location
Dec 20, 6:30 PM – 7:45 PM
Charlotte, 528 East Blvd, Charlotte, NC 28203, USA
About the event
“This fault I see is not the fault of the person but the fault of delusion. Realizing this, may I never view others’ faults, but see all beings as supreme.” - A Buddhist prayer, quoted in The New Eight Steps to Happiness
Would you love to love your challenges more? Are there people in your life who you aren’t sure how to love? If so, then these classes are for you! In them, Gen Norbu will introduce teachings and meditations on how to empower yourself with confidence in challenging situations, how to love our challenges, and how to see past people’s weaknesses and bring out the best in them.
Basic Buddhist meditations will be introduced, as well as particular loving kindness meditations and practices.
