Love, Fearlessness, and Enlightenment: The Supreme Good Heart - Bodhichitta

Everyone knows that love is the real source of happiness, but we still need a lot of mental training to make our love stable under all circumstances. We also need to understand more clearly that it is not being loved, but loving others that has the ability to make us happy.

These classes will teach us how to understand and practice a traditional Buddhist presentation on the three aspects of love. Building on this firm foundation, we will develop a fearless compassion for others, and the confidence and wisdom to know that enlightenment is possible.
