Do you meditate regularly, or have you at least tried to meditate? More and more people are realizing that meditation is essential for our peace and happiness. Getting started doesn’t have to be difficult, and meditating doesn’t have to take a long time.
In these classes, Cate will introduce the basics of Buddhist meditation. Each class will include general guided meditations, teachings, and specific guided meditations on the teachings. Topics will include how to start meditating, as well as how to improve and progress in meditation practice.
