About the event
“This fault I see is not the fault of the person but the fault of delusion, or his actions. Realizing this, may I never view others’ faults, but see all beings as supreme.” - A Buddhist prayer, quoted in How to Transform Your Life
Do you have anyone in your life who you find difficult? Does it sometimes feel impossible to work with them? If so, then these classes have a lot to offer! In them, Gen Norbu and Cate Fields will introduce Buddhist teachings on how to empower yourself with confidence in difficult situations, how to love your challenges, and how to see past people’s weaknesses and bring out the best in them.
Basic Buddhist meditations will be introduced, as well as particular meditations and practices for cherishing others, or loving kindness. Recommended reading: How to Transform Your Life by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso. Free download here - https://tharpa.com/us/how-to-transform-your-life-us.html
