About the event

If you have only effort you have all attainments, but if you have only laziness you have nothing.” - Buddha, quoted in How to Transform Your Life

We all want to be happy all the time, and we never want to suffer. Unfortunately, we create a lot of unnecessary suffering for ourselves and others. We need to understand more clearly how to create happiness, not suffering.

These classes will teach us simple practices for how to create happiness, not suffering. By meditating on these practices, they will become more stable and powerful. Start at the beginning of the series if you can, but if you miss the beginning then start when you are able.
