We all want to be happy and free from anxiety, depression, anger and all suffering. Unfortunately, we don’t always know how to make ourself happy, in fact many of the things we turn to for enjoyment end up causing us problems sooner or later. This is because we are not clear enough about which actions and states of mind cause happiness, and which cause suffering.

In these introductory classes, Gen Norbu will introduce the basic Buddhist meditations for finding happiness inside ourself. In them, we will learn how to look at our life, death and this impure world in a way that will lead to real inner peace, joy, compassion and wisdom.
