We all want to be happy, but how often do we seek happiness outside ourself? It might seem like a cliché, but it’s true that we’ll never be happy with anyone else if we’re not happy with ourself. The first step to finding happiness inside ourself is working on our own mind. Therefore, the basic Buddhist meditations are for finding happiness inside ourself by working on our own mind.
In these classes, Cate will introduce the basic Buddhist meditations for finding happiness inside ourself by working on our own mind.
