“When the turbulence of distracting thoughts subsides and our mind becomes still, a deep happiness and contentment naturally arises from within.” - Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, How to Transform Your Life

Do you feel over-stimulated by the modern world and way of life? Is your phone rarely out of your hand? We all know how we feel when we have lost hours to tech-based distraction, but do we recognize that it is also draining us of energy to live with clarity and focus? Take a day of silence and a digital detox to dive deeper into the stillness and peace within your own mind in this special meditation retreat.

Each meditation session will include some short teaching on meditation and advice for daily life as well as simple guided meditation designed to connect with your inner peace. Everyone is welcome!
