Everyone wants to be happy, but no one in samsara experiences true happiness. Samsara is the experience of a self-centered mind. True happiness is the experience of minds of love, compassion, and patience. Merely through meditating on love, compassion, and patience we will receive immeasurable benefits, even if our concentration is not very strong.

In these classes, Gen Norbu will introduce and guide a simple breathing meditation in each class, followed by teachings and meditations on love, compassion, and patience.
