“If everyone sincerely practices the path of compassion and wisdom, all their problems will be solved and never arise again. I guarantee this.” – Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, Modern Buddhism
Meditation is becoming more and more popular and mainstream these days. Buddhist meditation has been practiced for over 2,600 years. It is a highly effective and proven method for realizing deep inner peace, compassion and wisdom. In modern times, the presentation has been made accessible for everyone, Buddhist or non-Buddhist, but the authenticity has been maintained by an unbroken lineage of enlightened masters, all the way back to Buddha himself.
These classes will introduce the basics of Buddhist meditation, including inner peace, controlling our desire, understanding reincarnation, and emptiness.
