“From discipline comes happiness.” - Buddha

Do you ever feel like something is missing? Whether we “have it all” or not, external things can’t make us happy, because happiness comes from within. More specifically, without inner peace there is no real happiness at all. By practicing moral discipline we can create the causes of inner peace and happiness. And all the happiness there is in this world arises from wishing others to be happy, which is real love.

In this introductory meditation retreat, Sean will introduce the basics of moral discipline, inner peace, and love, explaining why each one is essential for our happiness, and guiding us in practical meditations on them.
