So you want to meditate. But is there ever part of you that doesn’t want to meditate? That’s most likely because you think you won’t enjoy it. But if you transform your mind into a state of peace and virtue, into a mind that is a source of happiness, and then abide with that state of mind, meditating on it without distraction, you’ll enjoy it!
In this retreat, special guest teacher Gen Wangpo will speak from his own experience about how to make spiritual practice a pleasure. Meditations will be guided in a way that will help us connect with and understand the joy of meditation through our own experience, as well.
