How can we reduce our distractions and make our mind more positive? We can reduce our distractions by training in simple breathing meditation, and we can make our mind more positive by then progressing to analytical and placement meditation on the stages of the path to enlightenment.
In this introductory meditation retreat, Buddhist monk Gen Norbu will introduce simple breathing meditation and how to train in it. Analytical and placement meditation will also be introduced, and applied to the first stage of the path to enlightenment, “Our Precious Human Life”. Everyone is welcome to this retreat!
