Eight Steps to Happiness is a commentary on a famous ancient Buddhist scripture – “Eight Verses of Training the Mind”. This inspiring book reveals essential methods for transforming all life’s difficulties into spiritual insights and for developing universal love and compassion, the source of true happiness for both self and others. It reveals how anyone can improve themselves by becoming more loving and affectionate, naturally leading to a determination to use our life to become the best we can be. In the process, we experience more joy and happiness for ourselves and create more joy and happiness for others, most of all, those we are close to.
