There is so much uncertainty in our world, and in our own personal lives. If we can't accept this fact, how will we ever be happy? If we're constantly trying to know what's going to happen in the future, we are fighting a losing battle! It is essential for our mental peace, and even our sanity, that we learn how to be patient and accept all the uncertainty in our lives related to the future.

The emphasis of this retreat will be on using meditation to renounce the suffering of uncertainty, while embracing the bliss of accepting uncertainty. A preliminary breathing meditation will be introduced for those who are new, and will be guided in each session. During the break, there will be an opportunity to meet and ask questions with Gen Norbu.
